SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The substrate is the basis of the application done and obviously must meet specific strength and moisture conditions. In each case the substrate must be able to receive the use loads.

In addition, because microcement coatings are impermeable to water and moisture, they should not in any case be applied on substrates that have or may develop in the future rising humidity.

If strength and moisture of the substrate do not meet these requirements, there is great risk of cracks and detachments from the substrate.
