Substrate preparation:
The surfaces to be treated with PLANOFINISH CH should be open porous, clean, free from loose elements, powders, salts, grease, oils, dirt and any other material that could reduce material penetration.
When applying PLANOFINISH CH to create polished floors, it is recommended to apply it after finishing the initial grinding of the surface. Recommended application after using 200 or 400 grit abrasive.
Application:
Apply PLANOFINISH CH by spraying, dissolved in 1:1 to 1:4 water, depending on the type of surface and the absorbency. In case of floor polishing, apply the material immediately after spraying, with a micro-fiber cloth evenly throughout the surface. In this case the recommended dilution is 1:2 to 1:3 with water depending on the stage of application. In any case, keep wet the surface where the PLANOFINISH CH has been applied for 15 - 20 minutes. Repeat the above procedure if required. The polishing process is continued after 30 - 60 minutes after the surface has dried, with dry diamond resin abrasives to the desired degree.
Recommendations:
Do not apply to surfaces:
- At low temperatures and at temperatures below 5°C
- Based on plaster
- Glossy without testing
- Sensitive to alkalis such as glass, aluminum etc. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water
- Before using, consult the safe use instructions on the label
- Keep out of the reach of children
