The Company offers “career opportunities”. The interested user may submit the user’s curriculum vitae, by filling in the relative form on the Company’s web page or by attaching a file of the user’s curriculum vitae. And the Company does not bear any liability for the inaccuracy or the falsehood of the information provided by the user or provided by a third person non-authorized to this effect. The company uses these data solely for the user’s evaluation with respect to filling the working position for which the user is applying.
6. COMPANY’S LIABILITY
6.1 The user, within the frameworks of the utilization of the services provided to the user by the Company, sends to its web page a plethora of information, data and personal texts and messages, which the Company stores and processes with the aim of the optimal provision of its services, to wit of the provision of technical advice or the evaluation of the user for the filling of the working position. The user is exclusively liable for the provision and the content of the above information and data and the Company does not guarantee and bears no liability for their truthfulness, their accuracy and their legality.
6.2 The user undertakes not to associate in any manner the company and its web page with information that have a violent, racist content, content of extremist or defamatory nature, which display a content with pornographic, erotic, religious or political nature or in any case with illegal content or character detrimental in any manner for the Company, its image or its reputation. In the event of violation of this Term, the Company reserves any of its legal rights and the user is obliged to abstain from the use of the web page and from any of its services.
6.3 The company waives any liability for any damage incurred by the user from the use of the Company’s web page and of the services that it provides, originating from information, data, texts or messages of the user, for which the user bears the exclusive liability. Furthermore, the Company is not liable for any technological damage that the user may incur during the interaction of the web page with the user’s means of access to this.
